Common questions
- How does Taylor work?
- Describe a piece of clothing in your own words, upload a photo of one you like, or pick one from our collection. Add one selfie plus your height and weight, and we show the design on a model of you in about a minute. Change anything in plain words, then order it made to your measurements.
- Are the previews real photos?
- No. Previews are AI-generated images. They show the design as closely as we can, but the finished garment is sewn by hand from your measurements and may differ in small details.
- What does a garment cost?
- The price is shown on your design before you order, and includes making it to your measurements. Shipping is shown at checkout.
- How long does delivery take?
- 7 to 10 working days from your order. We contact you within 48 hours of ordering to confirm the details.
- What if I am not happy with it?
- Tell us within 14 days of delivery and you get a full refund. Email us with your order and a photo of the piece.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You can design and order as a guest. Saving an account with an email and password keeps your designs so you can come back to them on any device.
- Where is my selfie stored, and who sees it?
- Your selfie and the model we build from it are stored privately and are never shown to anyone else. They are sent to our AI provider only to create your previews. You can replace or remove the photo under Account at any time.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Account and choose "Delete my account". This removes your account, your photos and every design. Paid orders are kept for our records.
- A preview looks wrong. What can I do?
- Use Adjust on the preview and say what should change, or press Try again on a failed render. If it keeps going wrong, send us the design from My designs and we will look at it.
