Previews
Previews are AI-generated images. They show the design as closely as we can, but the finished garment is sewn by hand from your measurements and may differ in small details. A preview is not a guarantee of fit.
Orders
The price of a garment is shown on your design before you order. Each piece is made to measure after you order and delivered in 7 to 10 working days. We contact you within 48 hours of your order to confirm the details.
Satisfaction guarantee
Not happy with what arrives? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and you get a full refund.
Your content
You keep the rights to the photos and descriptions you upload. You give us permission to use them to create your previews and make your garment. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or requests for designs that infringe someone else's rights.

You can use Taylor without an account. If you save one, keep your password private. You can delete your account at any time under Account.
